Subscribing to the calendar

On the Mac

On the Mac, you can subscribe to the calendar on iCal. Open it and:

1. Select "Subscribe..." under the "Calendar" menu.
2. Fill in the URL of your Goplan iCal feed and click "Subscribe"
3. Be sure to uncheck the checkboxes next to "Remove:", specifically "To Do items".
4. Set "Auto-Refresh" to a comfortable interval that best applies to your usage and click "Ok".

If you want to see your To Do items, choose "Show To Do items" under the "View" menu. iCal can take a couple of minutes/refreshes to sync and display To Do items.

Google Calendar

If you use Google Calendar, keep in mind that Google caches iCal feeds and it may take one day for it to correctly show up on your calendar. For best results, remove the calendar and add it again:

1. Click "Add" under "Other Calendars", on the left.
2. Then choose "Add by URL" and fill in the URL of your Goplan iCal feed.
3. Click "Add Calendar" and wait a little bit for it to be uploaded.

Google Calendar doesn't currently support tasks from subscribed calendars

Unfortunately, it isn't working bi-directionally as we haven't found a solution yet. You can only subscribe to the info you have on Goplan but you need to create or change it on our interface.
