What payment options do you offer?
We accept payments with major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro) or, should using a credit card not be an option for you, with a Paypal account. Our payments are processed through a secure gateway protected with enterprise-grade 2048bit encryption.
Am I locked in?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We don't want to be trapping or tricking you in into our service. We also make it easy to export your data should you choose to move elsewhere - although we believe that you'll be quite happy with our product. If you're not, we want to hear from you in order to do better next time.
What exactly do you mean by 30-day trial?
When you signup for one of our plans you get to try it for 30 days, free of charge. If within that period you choose to close your account, you will not be charged a cent.
